ODE TO YELLOW
a poem by gregory fish

I'm a yellow, a fellow that's not very mellow.
Just watch me bellow as I stroll through the meadow,
loving my life. There's no time for a pillow.
This is a yellow: not one to settle
for a boring existence, such as playing the cello.
No, FUN is my motive and living my credo.
Relishing the moment is the mark of a yellow.

This poem is "corny", that's easy to see
But "corny" describes me so perfectly!
